Brown Bear Training is a training arm for Brown Bear Childcare and is registered with CACHE (Council for Awards in Care, Health & Education) to deliver professional qualifications and continuous professional development to the childcare sector.

 

As such Brown Bear Childcare are able to train their own staff to a high specification and ensure that existing staff have access to current and emerging theoretical knowledge within the early years.

 

Pathways for continuous professional development are available for staff to progress from apprenticeship level through to graduate and Early Years Teacher Status.
